I’m Monika Dey, a Transformational and Business Coach helping people create lives and businesses that are aligned with who they truly are and what they truly want.
For years, I built businesses and pursued success. From the outside, everything looked successful. But internally, I was caught in patterns of pressure, proving myself and overthinking, patterns that eventually contributed to burnout.
