I'm Monika Dey -  Transformational Coach & Business Mentor

I help individuals and entrepreneurs transform the inner patterns shaping their lives, leadership and business so they can create sustainable change from the inside out.

My work brings together identity transformation, self-leadership and business mentoring. 

I don’t teach from theory alone. Everything I guide others through is something I have lived, embodied and learned to lead myself through.

 

My Story

My path into this work was not linear.

I spent years building and running a successful eight-figure family business. From the outside, it looked like success, but behind it was pressure, emotional misalignment, family conflicts. Eventually the misalignment lead me into burnout and the tipping point was after my father’s death that pulled me into a deeper path of self-discovery and spiritual awakening.  My transformation journey led me to meet myself on a deeper level, face long-avoided wounds and heal my inner child.

Through emotional healing, spiritual awakening, study and years of rebuilding, I began to understand the subconscious patterns, identities and internal beliefs that had shaped my choices, relationships and results. 

That breakdown became the beginning of a deeper transformation. 

As a result I stepped into a new identity, embracing my truth and choosing relationships aligned with who I was becoming, I found a completely new way of parenting, started a new business and since then helping others creates similar breakthroughs and success.

My journey stripped away the identities I once held, the roles I tried to fit into, and the illusions of strength I thought I needed to survive. What remained was the deeper truth of who I really am.

Through years of emotional healing, spiritual awakening, and rebuilding myself from the inside out, I learned how to lead myself with clarity, alignment, softness, and inner strength, not through force, but through truth. And now, this is the space I hold for others.

I guide people rise into the version of themselves they’ve always felt within, the higher identity, the deeper power. I guide them to transform their inner world so their outer success becomes authentic, grounded, and deeply aligned with who they truly are — in life, relationships, business, and leadership.

Life cracked me open in ways I never expected:

My life split into before and after my father’s death, the tipping point that pulled me into a deeper path of self-discovery. 

 

I was running a successful 8-figure family business, but the emotional misalignment and conflict led to its end. The breakdown of the business was followed by the breakdown of family relations. Old family conflicts surfaced and eventually pushed me into burnout. My transformation journey led me to meet myself on a deeper level, face long-avoided wounds and heal my inner child.

I’ve guided more than 100 individuals and entrepreneurs through deep personal and professional transformation, helping them create clearer direction, stronger leadership, more aligned growth and business development. 

I am certified in the Human Instrument® Mastery Method - a 12-step formula for personal and professional transformation developed by Shimrit Nativ. I also bring years of lived business experience from building and leading an eight-figure  business, together with my work in business development, structure, leadership and marketing.
